Material & Manufacturing
We purchase Indigenous Goat, Sheep and Buff Leather which is sourced responsibly and meet the Land’s Tanning Regulations and EU Reach norms.
The Skin are Ethnically Handcrafted using imported cobbling tools and Fecund Machinery.

LEGACY
The family business started by Shivkumar Kuradia, who is crafting shoes since his early 20’s.
Managing Director – Dinesh Kuradia joined Amit Leather Company in 1995, which specializes in the production and export of Leather Footwear to International customers.
Our Footwear is manufactured and sourced in India exclusively, ensuring the best quality of leather, skilled craftsmanship and unique design to meet your standards.
Leather & More
Although we specialize in Leather, we INNOVATE as well with other materials to make footwear durable.
Our upper is carved out using Goat, Sheep or Buffalo Leather & the soles are coupled on Bark Leather, Rubber or TPR as per requirement.
Our finished products are made from LWG certified raw material following all EU REACH norms, factories with ethical audits like SEDEX.
Customised Creativity
We have a large variety of Footwear Designs in our inventory which are ready to be Produced on-Demand.
We encourage customization of different Uppers and Lowers to suit the requirement.
We customized every creative addition like Traditional Leather Strap weaving, Beads & Embroidery, Macramé And Crystal Sudding.

What We Can Do
We produce complete Footwear shipped in Master cartons and shop ready packaging.
We also produce Footwear components as per request.
We handle custom design from sketch to finished handmade prototypes.
Our Capacity
Our Factory unit is equipped with imported machines capable of handling the entire End to End process.
Capacity of 3000 OEM pairs per day, [Original Equipment Manufacturer].
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pairs with 2 colours. We produce smaller quantities on Request with special prices.
Our production timeline is set between 60 to 90 days FOB [Freight on Board].

He operates at the vital intersection of innovative design and manufacturing efficiency. Having successfully launched some of the world’s most iconic footwear brands, Graeme brings a global perspective to ALCo’s operations.
The Vision: As Co-Founders of My Sandal Factory, Graeme and Amit Kuradia have united European quality standards with the soul of traditional Indian craftsmanship.
With over 20 years of experience in the European luxury sector, Natalia bridges the gap between high design and high profitability. Based in Spain, she focuses on collection development and brand positioning for premium labels. Her expertise ensures that every collection is not only aesthetically superior but strategically aligned with global market demands and brand growth.
